Salon Director/Owner
Meet Marco! Marco Izzo began his passion for hairdressing whilst growing up near the cosmopolitan city of Milan. His passion led him to being trained in Peterborough, working at various salons around the city and completing training with Vidal Sassoon in London. He was part of the Fellowship for British Hairdressing’s coveted Project X Team in 2008, where he worked alongside some of the biggest names in the hairdressing industry. His passion lies firmly with his scissors, from cutting and styling the latest trends, to letting his creative flair shine through.
In 2021, Marco founded Izzo and Co. Hairdressing, opening the doors in February 2022, offering top tier hair services at the luxury salon based in the Werrington Centre in Peterborough. He is constantly excited to be leading such an innovative team, passionate about furthering their skills, learning more about the industry, who are keen to create salon perfect hair for all of their clients.
Toni
Director
Meet Toni! Toni is a Director at Izzo and Co. and has been hairdressing for 16 years. Passionate about creating beautiful hair, Toni is a Wella Master Colour Expert which is the equivalent to a degree in colour, making her an invaluable asset to our team. Toni adores colouring, whether its huge transformations or creative soft, natural tones, she works incredibly hard to create a look and a style that her clients love. In addition, Toni is a hair up specialist and is our go to girl for creating beautiful styles for any special occasion you may have – whether it’s your wedding, your prom, or simply a weekend to feel fancy, Toni can create a beautiful finish for you.
A hair extensions specialist, Toni was also key to the introduction of hair extensions to Izzo and Co., and loves creating extension-based transformations for her clients! She worked backstage at London Fashion Week 2017 and has entered numerous hair competitions nationwide, in which on one occasion she was placed 7th in the UK for styling. Toni is heavily involved in the training of our Apprentices and newer stylists, and she’s certainly a big part of our team!
Holly
Senior Stylist
Meet Holly! With 6+ years of experience under her belt, Holly loves her job and transforming her clients’ hair, whether it’s a new fringe, a subtle new colour, a huge colour transformation or a total restyle. She loves to be daring and pushing herself out of her comfort zone, and if you’re looking for a cool, creative new style, she is your girl! Want to brave the ‘shag cut’, a mullet, or something totally wild? Holly will be up to the challenge, and she will not disappoint. Holly has competed in Wella competitions such as Xposure and Trendvision, and has worked hard enough to be a finalist 4 times. She has a passion for unique styles and we love what she brings to the salon.
Holly is of Jamaican heritage and understands how difficult it can be to find the perfect stylist for her afro hair, and so is pushing herself to learn more about it and attend training courses so that she can be the stylist she’s always been eager to find. She prides herself on her chair being a safe space for everyone. She loves to talk, but also just to listen, and is quite happy to work away whilst you enjoy the silence with a cuppa and a book. She wants her chair to be a place you can feel seen, heard and beautiful, and what a wonderful addition she is to our team.
Sinead
Stylist
Meet Sinead! The first stylist to join Izzo & Co., Sinead began her hairdressing journey as an apprentice, joining Izzo & Co. upon qualifying. Sinead loves colouring, particularly big colour transformations and has certainly earned her stripes with her talent for balayage! If you follow us on Instagram, then you’re sure to see some of her amazing transformations.
She loves being able to experiment and has worked with clients wanting bold, unique colour jobs, and she is in her element when her clients trust her to transform their colour.
She loves to make sure her clients leave the salon feeling more confident, giving them their dream hair, and making them feel as beautiful as possible. Sinead pushes herself all the time, listening intently to what her clients want and making sure they leave with hair that dazzles.
She’s friendly, she’s talkative and she’s always up for a good chin wag when doing her clients hair. A staple part of Izzo & Co., and what a great stylist she is!
Tyler
Apprentice
Meet Tyler! Our first apprentice at Izzo and Co., Tyler has been studying hairdressing for a year and has definitely found his passion for colouring. A lover of bold and vivid colours, he loves to bring out a client’s personality through their hair, and hopes to continue these skills so that he can specialise particularly in creative colouring. His clients that he works with, whether they visit us for a blow dry, or act as a model for his cutting and colour training, love him, and our clients regularly comment on how much of a welcoming, positive spirit he is in the team!

Tyler chose to train to become a hair stylist because of his love of creativity; he loves to experiment with new styles, meet new people, learn new skills and push himself to new levels.
He has such a big personality and the salon is never dull when Tyler is around!
Maggie and Lilie
Saturday Assistants
Our salon wouldn’t be complete without our Saturday Assistant’s, Maggie & Lilie! Starting with Izzo & Co. a few weeks after opening, Maggie & Lilie are always on hand on a Saturday and throughout the school holidays to make our clients a top tier brew, a fancy coffee, and make sure that your experience is a friendly, welcoming one! Showing a keen interest in hairdressing,
Maggie and Lilie are practicing their skills by helping our Apprentice with hair washing, keeping the salon shiny and clean, and have even started getting ahead of the game learning how to blow dry on our model heads! Two aspiring salon stars without a doubt.
